This form is to help you gather and submit the necessary details for your event. This will help us adequately communicate the details throughout, e-bulletin, church calendar, Sunday morning announcements, online registration forms, group emails and social media.

Deadline for event communication: The Wednesday 2 weeks before event promotion should begin.  If you have graphics that you are providing, they need to be approved 4 weeks before the beginning of event promotion.
